We know the belly. You’ve heard of the breath. But the Bandha?   What are they? Why are they important? And how do we interact with them? The belly house’s organs like the liver, the spleen, the gallbladder, the large & small intestines, and the kidneys. You get the gist. All of these organs are compressed in the abdominal area.
