Spend a weekend in Boston with Buddha Body Yoga!

This class is suitable for all levels.

This focus of this workshop will be working with individuals creating a safe practice that can escalate into a deeper emotional and physical connection to the body. My aim is to give you the tools to practice in a healthy and productive way by learning how the body articulates which creates a more enjoyable experience of moving. We will be building trust between The mind and the body.

On the practical side, this practice will improve your movement by creating better joint mobility. Better mobility means an easier time going up and downstairs, getting into cab, and trusting your body to support you while you move through the world with more easy of motion.

You will free up the attention that you use to focus on movement, which will help clear your mind to make better and healthier choices. It will improve intimacy.
