We offer a 60 and 90 minute private yoga sessions for (1) or (2) people with Buddha Body Yoga founder Michael Hayes. 

LOCATION in-person or remote via Zoom

IN PERSON Private sessions are at our Union Square Studio in Manhattan. Use of the yoga wall is available for up to two people.  

REMOTE sessions are via ZOOM. You may opt to have your private session from your home or office via Zoom. Please let us know during booking if this is your preference. No technical knowledge or special equipment is needed. Just click on the link we send you in an email an hour before your session and join from your favorite device.

Easily arrange private yoga sessions to fit your schedule

Receiving one-on-one yoga lessons means that you are the sole focus of your yoga teacher. Individual instruction will bring ease and comfort to your yoga practice. Private yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, but they are particularly beneficial to beginners, people with injuries, pre- and post-natal, and people of size who are new to yoga.
