Recommended Yoga Props
Props recommended for Buddha Body Yoga classes and workshops:
- yoga mat (2 if possible)
- bolster (rolled-up blankets or firm pillows can work)

- 1 chair (2 chairs for intermediate and advanced classes)
- strap (could be a belt or even a long scarf)
- 2 blocks
- 2 sandbags ** for Advanced Classes **

Please note: Michael no longer recommends using a standard folding chair because in recent experience they have not been sturdy enough to hold his weight. Therefore are not safe for our students.
